Wafer/Lug Type Butterfly Valves
The wafer/lug type butterfly valves are designed for installation between flanges compliant with DIN, ANSI, and other similar standards, providing reliable sealing and performance in demanding industrial applications. With a design that allows for easy installation and maintenance, these valves deliver high performance in both standard and vacuum pressure environments.
Features:
- Mounting flange: Compatible with DIN/ISO 5211 and DIN 3337 for easy connection to various systems.
- Quality control: Compliant with EN 12266-1, ISO 5208, DIN 3230, and API 598 standards, ensuring high reliability and performance.
Maximum Operating Pressure:
- DN 40-500: 16 bar
- DN 600-800: 10 bar
- Capable of operating in vacuum conditions, making them ideal for specialized industrial applications.
Materials:
- Body: Ductile iron EN-GJS 400-15 (GS400), providing durability and corrosion resistance.
- Disc: Stainless steel ASTM A351 CF8M (AISI 316), ensuring resistance to corrosion and high temperatures.
- Liner: EPDM, resistant to temperatures from -35°C to +130°C, offering excellent sealing and chemical resistance.
Operation:
These valves are used for regulating and shutting off the flow of liquids and gases, offering high strength and safety in various industrial installations. Their ability to be installed between flanges and compatibility with multiple flange standards make them versatile and ideal for a wide range of applications.
