OPEN – TYPE ATMOSPHERIC DEAERATOR ADCATHERM
The open-type atmospheric deaerators ADCATHERM are specialized systems designed for the efficient thermal treatment of boiler feed water. Their function focuses on reducing harmful gases, such as oxygen and carbon dioxide, to protect the boiler from corrosion and damage. By removing oxygen levels to below 1.6 mg/l, optimal performance and extended equipment lifespan are ensured.The ADCATHERM system is ideal for facilities requiring high-quality feed water and aiming to reduce boiler maintenance needs. Complete removal of residual oxygen can be achieved with the use of chemical oxygen scavengers when necessary.
System Components:
- Water storage tank: Maintains an adequate amount of water for feeding the boiler.
- Deaeration head section: Evaporates and removes unwanted gases from the water.
- Ventilation system: Optimizes the removal of gases, keeping the water clean and safe for boiler use.
