ADCAMat POP Pressure Operated Pump
The ADCAMat POP is a robust pressure-operated pump, expertly crafted from carbon steel (with stainless steel available upon request) for the efficient transfer of high-temperature liquids, including condensate and oils. This versatile pump excels in applications where liquids need to be lifted to higher elevations or under increased pressure.

Operation:
The pump operates using a gravity-fed system where liquid enters through an inlet check valve, lifting a float. Upon reaching the upper limit, the float opens the supply valve, allowing steam or compressed air to enter the pump body. As pressure builds, it overcomes back pressure, opening the outlet check valve for discharge. When the float descends to the minimum level, the supply valve closes, and the vent opens, allowing the pump to refill. The pump stroke volume is consistent, enabling precise flow volume calculations by counting cycles. For convenience, a dedicated stroke counter can be installed to monitor pumping strokes, ensuring the pump also functions as a reliable flow meter.
